Large, antique Etruscan Majolica leaf dish with twig handle and beautifully painted shades of pink, blue, yellow, green and brown. Made by Griffen, Smith & Hill, an American majolica manufacturer who operated in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania until 1890.
Measures: 12 x 9.5 x 2”
Condition: Antique wear consistent with age (mid-late 19th century). Minor flaws include chips to outer rim (as pictured) and some crazing.
